Actually "Axiom" reminded me a lot of George Orwell's "1984". I think the film and the album and the film (By the way it's a Concept Album) is their interpretation of 1984 and it's kind of a dystopian dream. Even the setting is in an "island in the middle of nowhere" where totalitarian regime rules.(The villain) and the "bell" is a metaphor for "control" and "fear" in a totalitarian regime and city.

Hey! I think it's incredible. I think of it same level as the excellent "With Us Until You're Dead". Axiom is more avant-garde and it's way more dramatic. especially the tracks "Distorted Angels", "Shiver" and "The Noise of Flames Crashing". and the title track is just classic Archive, it has everything in it. I see some people's initial reaction to this album like "too short" or "not as good as others", I hate comparing albums together. Considering the fact that they did a GREAT film in addition as well, "Axiom" is amazing in my opinion. What do you think?
