Goner is a song describing Tyler's antagonist "Blurryface" coming back after thinking he defeated Blurryface. Most likely personification about depression coming in waves.
There are two versions of this track, one being a video posted in 2012 where Tyler plays the song with the accordion, its eerie creaking symbolizing a noose crackling as someone is hanging on it which is the likely scenario when someone's ""Blurryface" takes over. The song was still incomplete as the song was still new.
The second version of the song being the one on the 2015 album "Blurryface" which it a more polished and finished version of the record with an added bridge and outro where the song reaches a crescendo which was absent from the 2012 version.
