ONE MORE TIME's got to be blink's best album since the self-titled. So good!

Interesting that one of the newest Rod Stewart albums (One More Time) kinda shares the name with the newest blink-182 album. Both were also released in the early 2020's (Stewart's was in 2021 and blink's was in 2023). However one difference between the two album titles, blink has "..." included in theirs.

For those who can't get enough of Tom Delonge's vocals, check out the band Second Floor Daycare. The vocalist sounds similar to him.

The two deluxe songs are better than a lot of what made the 17 song tracklist originally.

Some things are pretty forgettable, alas, but new LP is good overall. MORE THAN YOU KNOW is kickass!

You know what? I'm disappointed with this album. I expected more from it. More FROM THESE GUYS. But, it's like someone else said here, since Tom is back, they must've thought the fans wanted the most basic, pop-punk-ish sound they could produce with him. It's like California all over again... Where Mark, Travis (and poor Matt) brought that basic pop-punk album (I love California, by the way. I think it's fun as Hell) back; 'cause, pretty much, they thought that it was what the fans wanted. ('Cause, at the time, most of the fanbase hated Neighborhoods. Despite being AMAZING) (even though I hate how Tom AVA-ed it lol). Now, after Nine - which, for me, is better than California ('cause it had a more mature, dark sound), and a follow up to the Untitled, basically - they come back with this. Of course, after the songs they'd released previously the album release, I knew the album wouldn't be a follow up to Dogs Eating Dogs (which is super amazing!); but I wanted it to be

... Tom must really love these guys to come back and accept to make this, HAHAHAHAHAHA. No, but in all seriousness, I don't think the album is horrible. But it isn't great, either. Again, I expected more from the whole thing. It's pretty tame. Especially, with Tom fucking Delonge back; whom I find a genius in his own way, with his cool riffs, and shit. But thumbs up to Terrified, More Than You Know, and Turpentine, which rock! from this album. (Dance With Me is cool, too).

I liked all of the songs and the instrumentation is great but some of that autotune is questionable. Also, the first track is hilariously similar to Cokie the Clown by NOFX.

I'm assuming most people use streaming services and that's how they're titled on Spotify.

I'm so glad to have a whole new album from these guys, the three of them together, again! And it's a good one! It'll be on repeat for the next weeks.
