'Dancing Crazy' was the first and only single released from Miranda Cosgrove's second EP, 'High Maintenance'. The song was originally written by Canadian singer Avril Lavigne, Max Martin and Shellback for Lavigne's fourth studio album 'Goodbye Lullaby', but didn't make the final cut. Miranda said of "Dancing Crazy" during an interview on The Ralphie Radio Show: "It's a really fun song. I kind of just wanted to do a song that like, people could just drive around with their tops down and just put it on and have a really good time." (Source Dancing Crazy Songfacts).
