The first single from Metallica's tenth studio album "Hardwired…To Self-Destruct", "Hardwired" has been used as the main concert opener on the WorldWired tour in support of the album. It made its live debut on August 20, 2016, and was the first track from "Hardwired" to be played live. The track hit #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart in October of 2016.
