There would be so much to say. These songs played a major role for me becoming a man. There is always such a longing for something in these songs, a never ending search, such a strong will to run to hell and back. Fighting, never giving up. This energy I get from these songs and this incredible voice gave me faith in life, when I was struggling, gave me the will to go on, and go on lucky and dancing. It's incredible what songs, music can do. This pure energy, like a force of nature. Now, as a man, I don't hear these songs as often, as I did as a teenager, but it is still confident to know, they are still there. And so, in my ears and in my heart, You and Marvin never die, and I am so glad to always come back to you. And You both teached me a hell of a lot about ROCK'N'ROLL....

Yeah, Rory has a great voice, he's awesome in Surf's Up too, and in Total Eclipse of the Heart. Rory Dodd and Holly Sherwood are the best singers Steinman has ever worked with. And the the Demon Kogure cover can't even compare with the Holly Sherwood original. Though it's fun to hear Steinman's music in Japanese.

Great composer, producer - and I like his voice, too. His version of Rock´n Roll Dreams come through is awesome.

Grade A songwriter. As a singer? Not so much. Meat Loaf and Steinman, an unbeatable pair.
