кроме атмосферности ничего и нет толком. Развитие мелодии если и есть то крайне долгое. Как то я не могу подобное воспринимать

vvv probably because the last 20 minutes are 2011's Holly EP tacked onto the end of an album that is not nearly as good as 2011's Holly EP :/ :/

like with nils frahms newest work, blackshaws newest output convinces with quality and a subtle intimacy (breathing). great move.

Love the new album, love the breathing as well. Much more "intimate" sound, especially when listened with the eyes closed or lying on your bed.

James Blackshaw is playing this year's Supernormal Festival - http://supernormalfestival.co.uk - tickets are only £65 for the whole weekend and it's going to be a blinder! If you're coming, let us know on here so we can get to know all you lovely people :-) http://www.last.fm/festival/3144149+Supernormal+Festival

"The breathing actually makes it a much more intimate record, which is always nice." exactly!

Great stuff. The heavy breathing in the background gets annoying at times though.

I can't seem to find anything that's is really similar to James Blackshaw, because I don't think that the similarity is about the instrument that he plays but also the composition and the feeling that his work has, and I can't explain it or find anything alike

Shouldn't be compared to greats like Fahey and Kottke... he's talented but just not the same style at all
