They captured me with that version of 'Goodbye' on the credits of the Mortal Kombat movie.

The composer/keyboard player got in a serious bike crash which pretty much ended this band. Though for last ten years there have been rumours of a comeback. He's kind of active in Twitter. I'll believe it when I see it.

Like Supersuckers, I discovered them through a Rockabilia ad in a rock magazine in the 1990's. I saw they had an awesome shirt with an alien on it. I finally got around to listening to them. Yeah, they're on the Mortal Kombat movie soundtrack and I saw the movie. However, I don't remember their song Guilty being played in that movie. I finally got around to listening to Gravity Kills this year. I dig 'em! I should have been listening to their debut album in the 1990s!

I cant believe..I loved this band, in high school. lol. "Guilty" was great electronic rock song. Plus, they were rocking those silver disco pants. Got to love the late 90s. <3

Every industrial rock artist sounds like NiN and vice versa, because genres tend to sound alike, that's why they are genres. But it's only vaguely alike, and it only gets compared to NiN, because that's the most popular, not the most original. These guys were good in their own right. Were the they most original band on Earth? No, but neither is NiN.

Industrial Rock is a genre. Just because a band happens to be in it, doesn't mean they sound like NIN, which didn't even invent the genre. That's like saying all disco sounds like The Village People. Killing Joke probably is more responsible for the basic sound than any other band. If anything, they probably sound more like KMFDM. But yeah, it would be nice if they came back. Rock sucks now, so they don't have much competition.

All though their 3rd studio album "Superstarved" did not do well or recieved popularity, the album is still at least bad-ass and f**king cool, songs on the album like "Suffocate", "Wide awake" and "Personal Jesus" were totally awesome!
