Black/Red is amazing! After all these years, Feeder is still making beautiful and relevant music.

Hmm, seems way more common to release the album and then tour. I just remember them doing the same for Generation Freakshow, saying something along the lines of it being "to give fans a sneak peek at the new songs", which was cool. This time they were mainly playing the singles that were already released though. Maybe just their way to build up hype for the release?

Just an amazing band. So many high quality albums and their b-sides are just as good.

Decompress is the track Spotify seems to have picked up on for some reason. It made it onto many people's "Release Radar" playlist, which may have led to it being on other playlists such as an Arsenal FC one. Most recently, it's been added to Spotify's "Hard Rock" playlist, which has over 250,000 followers (and rotates every week I think). I was disappointed not to hear Decompress on the recent tour (according to setlist.fm, it was played at one gig only), though hearing Radiation twice was more than good enough to make up for missing anything!

During that era in the UK... sort of early 2000s (2001-2004) time those artists like Placebo, A, Starsailor, Idlewild... make total sense to me as they were there too charting amongst Feeder in the Charts.... And even that track by A called "Nothing" really did sound simular to grants voice

Might be their strongest record in the post-Echo era (anything after Silent Cry). It feels like their most cohesive at least, the last few have all been great, but they don't seem to gel together like this one does.

Loving the gritty/grungy alt-rock sound of the new album. These guys still have game!

Последний альбом явно не мастерпис, а вот в двух предыдущих есть что послушать.

I get what you're saying. But for some reason, Tallulah has really hit me hard. Has made Feeder my favorite band. Always been a fan, but Tallulah has really done it for me.

Been a fan from the first album, But lately, I've been going back to them constantly. What an amazing band. Here in the States, they are almost unknown. They deserve to be huge.

Since the second album for me. I'm listening to Polythene right now and even my two least favourite tracks (Stereo World and Tangerine) are still as good as the best songs by any other rock band I know today, which is a shame because I'd love another Feeder-style band even though Feeder are still making great stuff.

Suffocate I think you prefer the version you know the first. I first knew the album and totally fell in love with that song. I had no idea the single version is different, so when I got threir Singles Collection it was a big surprise. Well the single isn't bad at all, but it's quite an other song, and me I prefer the album song. :)

I heard the album version first and prefer the single version! I get what you're saying though - it's strange when you get used to a song and hear a different version. Usually I prefer the first version I heard. One band re-recorded 4 songs for their album last year and I prefer all of the originals.

I remember seeing them play Stereo World at a gig in about 2001 when they'd toned their sound down a lot. The song was played so hard and the light show made it look like the world was about to end! The "new" fans looked a bit shocked TBH. Idlewild did something similar with Film for the Future for a while too :)

Stereo World as the song it isn't really great but also not THAT bad. The riff is what I really don't like of it, it's nerv killing to me! :)

Stereophonics had so many radio friendly / catchy singles during the late 1990s til around the mid 2000s. Have remained only one of the few bands guaranteed a number one album on debut week here in the UK.... pretty good effort for a Welsh band.

Wow their new songs on the Best of all are great, would have been a nice album, even without best of.

Their new album... missing the real Feeder sound at many of the tracks. They never had that much keyboards before. Hope it will be a grower.

Not yet sure how much I like their new song. Think it will be the opener on their next tour. Can't await their new album for sure!

Still together. Fairly sure they're working on new stuff judging by their social feeds.
