"3 of Us" serves as the 3rd track and the title track off FLO's second EP. In the song, Renée, Stella, and Jorja discuss their experiences of being played by the same man, resulting in feelings of betrayal, heartbreak, and the need to move on from him. In the first verse, each of the three women talks about the different ways their man would speak to them, trying to outdo each other and make it seem like they were his one and only. However, as the pre-chorus approaches, they come to the realization that they are all sharing the same man, prompting them to find a way to exit this complicated situation.
All three women acknowledge that they are being deceived, and although he claims to love each of them in a unique way, it becomes apparent that his words are not genuine, as he essentially says the same things to all of them. The second verse sheds light on the man's non-committal attitude towards relationships, with Jorja pointing out the possibility of him already having children with other women he is involved with.
As the second chorus and bridge unfold, Renée, Stella, and Jorja come to terms with the truth and decide to let go of the relationship. Despite the pain they feel, they are confident that they will be fine without him and are determined to move on from this deceptive and hurtful situation.
