"Moreover, he's from Korea, where they use hangeul, not the latin alphabet" I think this point is irrelevant. I think it should boil down to how he wants to be known as an artist internationally, since this is an international website. It appears to me that he releases his music under his "Yiruma" given most the album covers. Remember that the last.fm page should reflect how he's known as a musician, not necessarily as a person. I will definitely concede that "이루마" is his name as a person, but I would argue that "Yiruma" is his name as a musician; it's his stage name under which he releases his music. I'd love for someone to provide a counter-argument to this but quite frankly I haven't yet really seen a convincing argument for changing the page over to this one.

he is 이루마 on all major korean streaming services. on melon, korea's dominant platform, the romanization "yiruma" isn't even mentioned. in korea, he is 이루마, and that's that...the same way ryuichi sakamoto might put a romanization of his name on an album cover, but in japan, he is simply 坂本龍一

v yeah and most of Ayu's albums say 'Ayumi Hamasaki' on them and yet people still insist on tagging those in Kanji
