Buckle up, because MTV's hottest awards show has returned!
That's right, the Vodafone MTV Australia Awards 2009 will be heating up your screens with appearances from the most sought after local and international talent and artists! Held at the boardwalk to the stars, aka the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, on Friday, March 27, this year's Awards is already shaping up to be one hell of a night with news that one of the hottest rock acts on the planet, The Killers, are performing!
If that's not enough to whip you into a frenzy then check this. 'The Hills' starlet and 'It' girl Audrina Patridge will be hosting the Red Carpet, while for the first time EVER, you, our ever faithful partners in fanatical music lovin', will be able to choose the winners of all awards categories!
So pull your socks up and look sharp because voting will commence on Monday, February 23, 2009.
Viewers will be able to register and place their votes online at www.mtv.com.au/vodafonemtvawards, making them eligible to win a double pass to the Vodafone MTV Australia Awards 2009 every week until voting closes on Wednesday March 25th 2009. Users can also vote via sms at 191 MTV (688).
